Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using outwerk.co or placing an order with Outwerk LLC ("Outwerk"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service. These terms apply to our send-in jersey rewerk service and related communications.

2. The service

Outwerk LLC transforms a jersey you already own into one of our listed outfits. You ship the jersey to us after checkout; our team rewerks it by hand; we ship the finished piece back to you. We aim to complete that cycle in six weeks or less from the day we receive your jersey, subject to fabric review, queue volume, and any options you approve (such as contrast fabric).

Outwerk LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, player, or rights holder. You are responsible for owning or having the right to send the jersey you submit.

3. Orders and payment

Prices, outfit options, and size availability are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order. After checkout, we email a prepaid, insured shipping label for your inbound jersey. You agree to pack and ship the jersey promptly using that label (or another method we approve in writing).

4. Your jersey

You keep ownership of your jersey the entire time. We hold it only to perform the rewerk and return it to you. By submitting a jersey, you confirm it is yours to send, and you understand it will be cut and permanently altered into the outfit you selected.

5. Fabric sufficiency

Some jerseys do not have enough fabric for every outfit in every size. If that applies to yours, we will contact you with a contrast-fabric option and pricing before any cut is made. No change is charged or started without your confirmation. If you decline and no workable path exists, we will discuss cancellation or an alternate outfit with you.

6. Final sale

All rewerk orders are final sale. Because each piece is cut from the jersey you sent in, it cannot be restocked or resold like an off-the-shelf item. Before a finished piece ships, we review it thoroughly. If it is not right, it does not go out. Voluntary returns after delivery are not offered except where required by law.

7. Shipping, loss, and damage

Inbound and outbound labels we issue are tracked and insured. We log your jersey when the label is issued and confirm receipt within 24 hours of arrival. If a garment is lost or damaged in transit on a label we issued, we escalate immediately, file a carrier claim the same day, notify you within 24 hours, and issue a full refund of the order amount paid to Outwerk, unless a different remedy is required by law or agreed with you in writing.

8. Site use

You may use this site for lawful personal purposes related to browsing and ordering. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other customers or our operations.

9. Intellectual property

Outwerk branding, site design, copy, and product photography on this site are owned by Outwerk or used with permission. Jersey marks and team designs remain the property of their respective owners; your rewerk does not transfer those rights to you or to us.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and service are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outwerk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid Outwerk for that order, except where a higher limit is required by law (including for loss of a garment as described above).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
