Outwerk LLC ("Outwerk," "we," "us") operates outwerk.co and the send-in jersey rewerk service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or service, you acknowledge this policy.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses you provide at checkout or on contact forms.
• Order details: outfit selected, size, order history, payment confirmation from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Jersey and production notes: information needed to fulfill your rewerk (for example fabric notes, contrast-fabric choices, QC photos shared with you).
• Marketing signup: email address if you join our mailing list or claim a signup offer (such as a first-order discount).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and pages viewed, collected through cookies or similar tools when you browse the site.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Process orders, issue shipping labels, fulfill rewerks, and provide customer support
• Send transactional messages (order confirmation, tracking, QC updates, delivery)
• Send marketing email if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal or security obligations

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the business (for example payment processors, shipping carriers, email or analytics tools, and our production partners) only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function, preference memory, and analytics (such as understanding how visitors use the storefront). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features.

If you sign up for our list or accept a signup offer, we may email you about products, drops, and brand updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and may still be sent as needed.
