How does mailing in my jersey werk?
After checkout, we email you a prepaid, insured shipping label, ready to print at home (or have printed at a shipping counter). Pack your jersey in a bag or box, tape it up, attach the label, and drop it at any carrier location. From there, we log it in our system, our team starts the rewerk once it's received, and you get tracking updates the whole way.
How long does it take?
Six weeks or less, start to finish, from the day we receive your jersey to the day your rewerk ships back. That includes our team's build time and a thorough review of every finished piece before it goes out.
What if there isn't enough fabric for my outfit?
Some jerseys don't have quite enough fabric for every outfit in every size, especially smaller jerseys rewerked into larger sizes. If that's the case with yours, we'll reach out with a contrast-fabric option: a coordinating fabric panel that fills the gap without changing the design. We'll confirm the look and the price with you before our team makes the first cut. Nothing gets charged or changed without your OK.
Can I return or cancel my order?
All rewerk orders are final sale. Since your piece is cut directly from the jersey you sent in, it can't be restocked or resold the way an off-the-shelf item can. Before your finished piece ships, we review it thoroughly. If it's not right, it doesn't go out.
Need to cancel? Reach out any time before our team makes the first cut and we'll refund you. Once cutting starts, the order is final.
What if my jersey is lost or damaged?
Every label we issue, inbound and outbound, is tracked and insured. Your jersey is logged the moment your label goes out, and our team confirms receipt within 24 hours of it arriving. If something goes wrong in transit, we escalate immediately, file a carrier claim the same day, let you know within 24 hours, and issue a full refund.
Do you keep my jersey, or is it still mine?
It's yours the whole time. We never take ownership of the garment, we're just borrowing it for about six weeks to rewerk it into the outfit you picked, then it ships straight back to you.
Which jerseys can be rewerked?
Most standard NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and soccer jerseys in adult sizes work great, and other sports jerseys in a similar style usually do too. Heavily worn fabric, kids' sizes, or unusual materials may limit which outfits fit; if we spot an issue after your jersey arrives, we contact you before anything happens to it.
